Alright /vp/ I've got a few questions.

I've got a timid Porygon with Download I've been prepared for weeks of breeding and it hatched from second egg but nevermind and I want to train him in special attack and speed I already gave him 10 pieces of Calcium and Carbos.

What next? Evolve him into Porygon2 and Porygon-Z and start EV training or EV training first and evolution after that?

Also hypothethical question. If I have lvl 100 Porygon and I evolve him the stat boost will be the same if I do it inversely?
