Im aiming to breed a perfect IV Squirtle with all 31s except Attack, although Im trying to see if the IV Judge has mentioned if I succeeded or not.
If the Judge says: The Squritle has "outstanding" potential, its HP,Defense,Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed are good, and says "Stats like those... They simply can't be beat!", does this mean I succeeded?
