Seibold is seriously the least likely of the four to advance. He'd probably drop the league to become the owner of one of the Lumiose restaurants.
Valerie or Clemont could take his place in the E4.
I can see the rest staying the same. Korinna is another candidate, but she seems more preoccupied with studying MegaEvolution.
