The trashcans are placed next to eachother, you just need to press a twice

To teach cut, you need to open menu, scroll down, select items, scroll down, select cut, select a pokemon that can learn it, then press a like 5 times to confirm

since it's only 1 tile wide it does not negate anything, it just takes you away from looking right and hinders progress

if your goal is to make progress then "up" is strictly dominated by "right" because you would always be better off picking right

thing is, you kind of need to spam down to get in position in the first place (there's a tendency to get stuck in pic related because everyone is spamming up/right). a lot of the "down" commands intended to get us into position end up being processed late, which pushes us off the ledge.

you don't have to worry about people spamming "down" while we're on the ledge because there's such a lag between giving the commands and the actual action taking place that they effectively don't matter. it's the commands people give a minute before we get onto the ledge that risk pushing us off.

There are two situations. When coming down at it from the top, you have to use down to arrive in position so that people saying down may be lagged but those saying left are definitely trolls.

Here's what we're working with:

50% of chat are trolls actively working against progress
20% of chat are just retarded, never played the game, or just typing in random commands

That leaves us with 30% of chat being capable to make any progress.

For us, there's no need to spam down because trolls and idiots are going to do it anyway. We need to keep spamming "right" and "up". It may take awhile but it's already taken awhile so what do we have to lose.

The problem is that we're trying to slot through something. When we're below the ledge, the chat spams UP to try and get out of it. But we usually overcompensate and end up too north, so we now need DOWN commands to get to where we need. But if that's successful, some of those DOWN commands will also push us off the ledge.
