How to get one:
Post a level 1-10 (you will need to breed) luvdisc on the gts, ask for whatever you want at level 100, and put the description "Based OP", if you want a ditto/mewtwo/gardevior then add the name/nature/spread of the pokemon you want also. Hold items are appreciated but not mandatory.
