The extra defenses and speed you get from Eviolite Scyther don't add much when you consider it's weak to some of the most prevalent attacking types in OU (which is the only tier Scizor matters, so if you're saying Scyther is better, you can't say he's better in UU or something).
STAB Technician Aerial Ace is a thing of beauty though.
