the PC compacts a pokemon into data. It essentially freezes the pokemon's aging process. Pokemon in the PC are not aware they are in the PC (ex. you put it in, wait four years, it'll be the same age/won't realize it's been in the box for four years). This is why Pokerus doesn't progress while a pokemon is in the PC.

Not him, but I take my Torterra I used back in Pearl version out once in a while to play with in Amie. Its IVs and nature are shit, but it was a bro in its time, and I like to recognize that. Call it autism or whatever you will.

I think that a "pokemon can become fat" mechanic is completely pointless and would be a waste of development resources, but, really, I think the fan artists already know pokemon can become fat. I've seen a lot of evidence pointing to that already.

It's not something the anime needed to confirm to begin with. We needed the anime to tell us pokemon can get fat as much as we need the anime to tell us that pokemon need to shit, and we don't need the anime to tell us that pokemon need to shit.
