I recently just bought pokemon X.

I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to give me (or trade, although I have literally nothing to offer) a 4 or 5 IV Torchie?

The last pokemon game I played was ruby and that starter was the one I selected.

Long story short I want a torchie.
