No. There's literally nothing to do if you don't have any Gen V games, the entire purpose of the game is to transfer Dream World pokemon to B2/W2.

It's essentially $3 DLC.

It is worth it, $3 but you get 3 legendary that you can only get from tat I guess you can Gen them if you are a filthy cheater. I'd say they are worth $1 each.
The game is stupid, you shoot clouds, then wait real time for the clouds to recharge and shoot more, or spend those coins the earn on the DS for walking around to auto recharge the clouds. The only upgrade with getting is the one to spawn more clouds.
It took a couple days to get the 3 legendary because it's all real time based, I forget, maybe a week of casually playing. As a game it is wack, not even as good as Face Raiders, as a way to get the legendary it's worth it if you want to 'em all the legit way.

the main mons worth looking into are analytic porygon, regen slowpoke, dry skin jynx (initially smoochum) and the cloud trio.

If you use it, you can see what ability it had before it was changed, iirc

I never said it was impossible. It's still a pain in the ass.

Rain Dancing Smeargle with Dark Void worked better anyway.

You can also get items such as evolutionary stones, PP ups and Rare Candies and such pretty easily. Plus if you have any Gen IV games you can use them to catch the box art legendaries with their hidden abilities, so I guess it would be worth it if you care about this kind of stuff.

It's quite nice for getting HA stuff. The more Gen IV games you have, the better. For example, I got HA Palkia, Giratina, Ho-oh, and Lugia from Dream Radar along with Tornadus, Thundurus, and, Landorus. If you start a new save file in B2/W2, you can get some cool Pokemon like Rotom, Drifloon, and Spiritomb for your in-game team even before you've beaten the first gym.
