Wing Attack back in Gen 1 had the same Base Power as its sister Flying move Peck, which was 35.
Also, That's strange, I remember both Fearow and Dodrio kicking WAY more ass than Pidgeot in R/G/B/Y thanks to Drill Peck.
Dodrio is the superior Normal/Flying in Gen 1
