Not gonna lie, When it comes to IV breeding I have no idea where to start. Please help me start by giving me solid pointers where to start and how to go from there. I do have a perfect 31 across the board ditto, but i'm not sure how that will affect breeding. Help a brotha out.

with a destiny knot, five ivs will be chosen between the parents and passed down to the kid. means that, even if you're unlucky, you should probably get one or two perfects on the offspring. then, replace the original parent with the "better" one and work until you get a kid with awesome ivs.

fairly straightforward. have an everstone on the poke whose nature you'd like to pass down of that tickles your fancy.

When you say 5 iv's, you mean the stat itself, not just 5 single iv's?

five ivs as in the actual iv of the parent, not as in 5/31 aka a shitty iv.
for example:
31/31/31/31/31/31
vs
21/30/6/19/4/13
and it ends up selecting-
21/31/6/x/31/13
for the offspring
the x being the one that's randomized due to it only picking five, not six.
