Forretress does have a niche. I've used it in this gen's ou and it's quite useful, though it is underwhelming sometimes as it has a hard time spinning, it's a good defensive pivot. I wont be surprised when it falls to UU, but it's legit. Anyways, I'd say Tentacruel is as good as Forry, and I see little reason to use it as well. Pick either both or none.
Salamence is outclassed. Togekiss is not ou material, but I can let it pass. I use one after all. Cloyster is the definition of shit. Sylveon is legit, there's enough reasons to use it. It may fall to UU, but you're not a retard for using it.
