Ok it's fast. It's got that to it. It has awesome stabs and good coverage.
But it's frail as balls. It never gets free turns. It's offensive stats are sub par. It's easy as fuck to check and revenge kill. It even struggles switching into shit it's supposed to kill such as Tyranitar or Staraptor, and anything moderately bulky that doesn't die to it's stabs can just come in and tank two hits before killing it. Ok, I know the thing is that most shit doesn't resist it's STABs, which is why it is so good, but most of the time getting two KOs with it is asking it too much.
It has a SD set that "destroys" stall, but in practice it's not that great. In general, it's has similar issues to Duggy, who has a cool ability, an awesome speed tier and decent moves to check a lot of shit, but it struggles so much at everything else that's a sub par choice in general.
