I honestly wouldn't mind some gen 3 megas.
The starters and maybe the weather trio or Regis. The remake might even be how we get the Latimegas.
What I really want is to just replay my favourite gen in 3D.

Aw shit nigga I forgot about secret bases.

Maybe you get special unlocks from friends and stuff and you can trade base items with friends, not just pokemon.
Event where they introduce a new legendary that randomly appears in one of the bases around Hoenn and there's no way to track it, it's all luck.

I'd also like a trading system where I can trade more than one pokemon at a time for another pokemon (eg three pokemon for one).

More megas, let Steven find us more mega stones.
Have the rivals actually continue with you to the end and have decent teams.
Bring back difficulty from BW2 and have each difficulty unlocked from the beginning.

Built-in nuzlocke.
Not be a complete remake, more of a brand new pokemon game just in the same region years after.
Steven becomes the hardest trainer to beat in any game. Full team of megas because he works out a way to mega evolve more than once in a battle.

The stars are most definitely NOT right. Remakes are still very far away, if they're ever happening...

But what I would want to see are the Sevii Islands. Hoenn is lacking in post-game areas, it's the home of Deoxys, and they'd be the only canon region left behind in Gen 3 as of remakes.

Expanding upon this some E4 members should have megas, rather than only the champion.

Or have a E4 rematch possible allowing the trainer/player to rebattle the E4 member who has access to the mega stone, maybe in Sotopolis city or Lilycove or Fortree.

Lily/Tate (the twin gym leaders) could have a double battle with the trainer rather than a regular single battle, to break the monotony of gym battles.

I never said anything about patterns. I never said anything about the remakes actually coming out. I juat stated that of they want to add more story to the X and Y versions, that would take priority, IF they are doing remakes. Hoenn is my least favourite region. Sure, I would buy it and play through and probably have fun. If they don't, and they move on to gen VII, I wouldn't give a fuck about the gen III-makes. But you can keep jumping to concluaions and stay mad.
