Are peole aware that without coice or life orb you can't sweep at all? The 30-50% bonus damage is mandatory to run a 1hit-2hit kill strategy that qualifies as sweeping.

There are different types of sweepers. You seem inexperienced, try experimenting with this stuff before you write it off.

As for the topic, I'd love to see Sylveon and Gardevoir get Boomburst. Cleric Sylveon would be even better than it already is, and Gardevoir might actually get noticed by someone.
