Slowbro if it doesn't have Thunder Punch, Celebi if it doesn't have Ice Punch. There's also Cresselia, Dusclops and Spiritomb, but they're all pretty bad. Nothing else can switch in, at all.
Mega Gardevoir had almost no counters. Pixilate Hyper Voice hits really hard, and with coverage in Shadow Ball, Hidden Power and Focus Blast, as well as hitting the physical side with Psyshock, it is really hard to switch into. Assault Vest Metagross was pretty much it, but Gardevoir could screw it over with Will-o-wisp on the switch. Chansey was pretty much the only thing capable of walling it but lost to sets with Taunt or Calm Mind.
