Right, I'm going to finish what I started.
Last night, I gave out Shiny 5IV Skrelps and Amauras, and 4IV Yveltals, which have a 29 HP IV and 30 Speed IV.
Unfortunately, my 3DS' wi-fi went sudoku at 10PM last night, and I couldn't get on after that, but now I'm back and giving these away again.
If you want one, slap a Scatterbug on the GTS and you might get one.
Few things to note here:
