Okay, yes it is pretty outclassed competitively, I literally never said once that it wasn't. However, it can still be used for other things, such as Pickup/Payday/Amulet Coin, etc., for getting money in-game.

You can go back to stroking it to Garchomp and Rotom-W now, if you'd so wish

Fake Out/Knock Off/Taunt/Return

Running him Jolly can outspeed most anything and I mainly use him as a cripple lead. Usually have him holding Life Orb seeing as he won't last long.

Persian is actually not bad in doubles. Unnerve is an useful ability in doubles, and he has useful moves like Fake Out, Feint, Foul Play, Icy Wind, and Knock Off, among many others. I like to lead with him and use Feint when people usually protect expecting the Fake Out, and then have his partner also attack the same target. I've gotten a couple of surprise KOs from people who did not see it coming.
