Evolve it all the way, since Dusknoir has a respectably high attack stat.
Then use a more offensive approach, 252Def-Sp.Def/252Attack and be sure to give it physical moves. Also Pain Split because it's that good.

If you're running D-Bond, you really want to use an Attack that goes after the opponents.
If you attack immediately after you DB due to using a priority move, you remove DB's affects, they stay in place until you attack.
