Just had a Darmanitan (base speed of 95; unsure of nature/IV/EV) use Flare Blitz, which is a neutral priority move, outspeed my Greninja (base 122 speed with max IV/EV in speed and a beneficial nature for its speed stat) using a neutral priority move. The Darmanitan was not using the Quick Claw. How is this even possible? Normally I wouldn't care but this specific incident cost me the match. Neither Pokemon had any buffs or statuses.
