Nothing is worth using a master all on. There are only two pokemon there is any reason to use one on: Mewtwo and Magikarp.

The only pokemon worth spending a master ball on are Latias/Latios in RSE or the legendary hamsters, everything else is ultra balls or bust

I think he means the masterball is good for mewtwo because it goes very well with it's color scheme.

Supposedly Zygarde has a catch rate of 3, so I'd say it's worth it.
Although if you're gonna be Master Balling it, you may as well soft reset for good IVs/nature too.

Do what you want op. I personally think that if you always h have a ton of balls on yoy for stuff like shiny encounters you'll be fine and yoy might as well use that masterball

Latias and Latios are the easiest roaming legends to catch, IMO
I would stand between two routes, taking one step to go to the other, and check the dex. Eventually you'll end up in the same area. Use a repel and go searching.
I found it really fun, made me feel that the Latis were really special. Nostalgia and all.
