I haven't seen any threads about Verlis over his debacle with Smogon so to anyone who has been keeping up with it who do you think is in the right?

Honestly I have to go with Verlis because I feel a majority of Smogon players don't want to have a slot wasted on a counter because of a Pokemon that strong and overused. By that logic there will be so many Pokemon banned that you will eventually see Magikarps vs Metapods in OU.

Obviously I'm overexagerating, but you get my point.
