I've been considering running one with Destiny Bond, Taunt, Pursuit, and Shadow Sneak.
The idea is to destiny bond, which will more than likely cause your opponent to start trying to set up on you. Taunt, and they'll more than likely try to switch out to stall out your low PP destiny bond, then pelt them with pursuits.
Also considered the same thing, but with screech. Too bad this thing has 4MSS like a bitch, and destiny bond is really it's selling point, so it's more like 3MSS
