It's not really that great. Speed Boost is really the only reason its used.

There are better options for the Maison in terms of megas anyway, like Manectric, Mawile, and Venusaur.

I don't know if it's good in Maison but it's an exceptionally good pivot and general offensive electric type in singles.

I used MBlaziken for a while and I basically never mega evolved it. I avoided mega evolving on things I could kill without it (to save time as that animation really adds up after a few hundred fights) and switched when it was a really bad matchup and basically never used the stone while I ran it. So I'd say life orb it and use a different mega.
