Did Starmie make the cut for OU too? Gengar is always a shoe-in, and I'm sure Starmie is too but you never know.

LO Gengar Shadowball doesn't OHKO Aegislash-shield. It can break your sub with something that's not Shadow Sneak and then KO the next turn.

Gengar is alright, but it's not good against sword.

Not implying that AEGISLASH carries the weakness policy and will eat up the shadow ball and next turn sweep your team with shadow sneak. There's a reason why he uses "King" shield

Except for the fact that it is. Gengar has such a diverse movepool that you never know when to expect it to have disable. That combined with the fact that you can just check if they're going to change the move by using sub twice.
