Every pokemon (apart from title-legends and some trio legends) gets a Z-Forme that has an altered stat distribution (yet an identical BST).

After the very nice bit of character development he has in the BW2 postgame when you battle him on the Plasma Frigate, this would be so enraging enough that I'd totally expect Gamefreak to do it.

I guess, but these are better--Mewtwo's clone army soldiers were just the regular pokemon with birth marks. These Zygarde imprints look a lot different and, in most cases, look drastically better than their originals.
