Pic related. I like poison Pokémon and I like their evolutionary line, but aside from that they are useless. Intimidate is a good ability, but with 60/69/79 defences, it's not going to be of any use.
Arbok has a nice movepool, with powerful physical poison attacks, all the elemental fangs, Sucker Punch, and so on, but due to its low attack and speed, it can't make use of any of these.
