Metagross is the perfect candidate for a dual meta evolution pokemon

Its X version could be a steel/dark mixed attacker with sucker punch and tough claw

Its Y version could be a steel type only with levitate and mixed defenses

Grass knot doesn't take the difference of weights, it just uses the opponents weight. So the only thing that happens is gross takes less from low-kick and grass knot and more from Heavy Slam

Alright lemme talk about levitate.

Every pokemon with levitate has it as its only possibly ability except three: Duskull, Bronzor, and Bronzong. Duskull is NFE and has frisk as its only other option so you can tell anyway, so Bronzong is all you need to worry about. It's hard enough having to memorize which pokemon have levitate when deciding what attack to use, it'd be worse if there were a bunch that only had a chance of having them.

That's why they should just make every flying/floating Pokemon be immune to Ground independent of type/ability, and make Charizard X and maybe Rotom Wash have grounded models in Gen 7. Would be a nice buff for a lot of Pokemon and a well-deserved nerf for Gengar.
