Ok people I have some documents here.
The first is the general info for the upcoming tournament. Make sure you read it so you understand whats going on. It doesn't mention dates, but the tournament will start on the 8th of March with rounds going from 3-5 days depending on how people get through their battles. Please read it.

If you haven't decided what monotype you will enter, you can put off your application untill the 7th. Thats when the applications will close.

Battlers MUST post videos of their battles which will showcase if any changes have been mad. You only need to make space for three videos each round. It's not hard.

I ran Grass Knot last tourney, and it was very helpful. I ran Volt Swith over Thunderbolt, and Dark Pulse and Surf. Focus Blast is what I run now, and I've since dropped Grass Knot, but it's still a great move. Toxic is better for Gastrodon in general, but GK is great for in a pinch. I don't mean to use Toxic on Heliolisk, though, of course.

That set was mostly what I had in mind, though I was thinking about dumping punch for low kick/low sweep. Or potentially running a Swords Dance set to power up ice shard.
In all honesty though with SDance and Low sweep being TMs I don't think it matters too much, just getting the damned thing should suffice currently.
Basically I think go for Shard/Knock Off/Fake Out/Low Kick --- That way I can decide to implement Dance via TM over Fake Out, that seems to be a talked about set. Plus I can always manually tutor stuff back with more power if need be.
The spread is fine, nick can remain normal and gender, eh shoot for Male I guess, seems more suited to Weavile.
With sash especially I feel it'd be able to get one dance off, but yeah.
I'll keep it maximum edgy colour scheme too, no gold/pink for me thanks!
