True, not everybody packs them, but any good Fighting type can stop Bisharp dead in its tracks unless it's buffed off a couple SDs and...is running Aerial Ace, I guess, and that's not massively common on 'em.
Such a Mega would face similar problems. Effective, but easily stopped if the opponent has the right tool at their disposal. Then again, that can be said for a lot of others who are also effective.
