This is entirely untested, so your mileage may vary. Maybe a variation of the Teqini: 3 oz tequila + 1 oz sweet vermouth + 2 dashes of chili bitters stirred with ice. Drizzle about a 1/4 oz of Grenadine or other red syrup on the bottom of a chilled "martini" cocktail glass and garnish with a habenero if you want to feel with a brave bird.
