Bank Celebi is shit, you'll want a Nasty Plot Celebi from the Gamestop distribution. If you have a flashcart, you can find a distribution rom online and get your Celebi, and just SR for nature/stats. Or RNG if you're patient enough to do it over and over. If you're looking for a shortcut, you can SR for nature and edit the IVs to your preference, PID/Natures are generated separately from IVs on gen 4 events. Other than that, bank is the only available Celebi distribution, but the natures are randomized and you can't SR for it. Also no Nasty Plot.
