Is there anyone that has a shiny Riolu or could even gen one for me please? My friend has been having the worst week and has been in such a bad mood and I'd really like to cheer them up with one of their favorite Pokemon.

and I have extras of Venusaurite, Blastoisinite, Gardevoirite, and Absolite.

And if at all possible to be nicknamed Charlie (their favorite Street Fighter character).
