when pokébank came out and all the genned 'mons got through. the only thing to do in the postgame is fight the maison and breed, minus the short looker sidequest. That's not enough, they've given us more than that before, so it's frustrating to have a game culminate in a bike-riding sim.

I stopped playing XY for like 2 months. It kind of matched the time where I was drowings in exams and shit but yea

Right now, I finally have a break, and took the time to transfer my shit from Gen 5

Now I'm playing like a madman again to complete the dex

Got old for me when I didn't attend an irl tournament that let me meet new people, then didn't enjoy hours upon hours of glorious VGC multiplayer in preparation for the UK VGC circuit starting soon.

Oh wait, all that shit's happening and I'm having great fun with the game. The single player was okay to get me into the swing of things again, but tbh I haven't even played through the single-player postgame content yet.
