- Wish and Heal Bell (other than the damn wish egg event)

Other Stuff:
Make Oblivious be immune to "emotion" moves.
Being able to safely have Wish, Heal Bell, Toxic. and Protect in the same moveset without worrying about Taunt is already amazing. But Torment is still annoying, and making Oblivious block that will be solid. Only problem now are Steel types.
