Double Battle with Drizzle Politoed as partner. Give it the ability Dry Skin and hold a Life Orb. Not sure for the moves though. Poison Jab, Sucker Punch, two other coverage moves, maybe?

I would suggest a team with bulky Baton Pass Scoliopede lead, sashed, with Swords Dance.

Go for an adamant and give Tox an air balloon EV train him in attack and HP or Attack and Speed, but I would say HP personally.

As for moves,
>Sucker Punch
>Poison Jab
>Knock Off
>Drain Punch

Get as many swords/speed boosts from Scoliopede (or Blaziken) as you can, then just let him loose.

I was looking for a fighting type to work on my team and he seems like the best choice.

Dry skin seems like the best choice for switching in on water types, but if you're worried about fire weakness then go with Poison Touch

Yes, it does. Toxicroak is a good candidate though, because he can switch in on water, ground, and toxic without fear (provided you use an air balloon,) and has access to priority moves and knock off. Of course there are other mons this works with, but this is about Toxicroak.

Adamant Nature

- Fake Out
- Quick Guard (taunt works as well)
- Sucker Punch

Fake out and quick guard stop the pesky priority users while the partner takes them out, drain punch and sucker punch are your damaging moves. I pair this guy up very well with adamant crobat
