all of this but the twist is
the boss is red who happens to travel back in time with Celebi to stop the main character from becoming the champion thus making the whole human race die off slowly due to the Alien invasion that happens in his time when the player became the champion but the professor made 3 cyborgs to intercept him and stop him from reaching his goal thus changing the timeline indefinitely.
