The correct answer is probably Mega Alakazam, in light of how good Magic Guard is and how situation Trace can be. And unlike Mega Latios, it's still too frail to even dream about taking a Knock Off. I would think that Mega Mewtwo X is also pretty bad, but I don't know enough about Ubers to say for sure.
