I hit a sashed dugtrio down to 1HP and she revenge KO'd my only female. Then I spent a dozen turns being immobilized by love, except for two or three turns that just happened to coincide with the enemy using protect and it not failing because that's all the idiot computer was doing. Did manage to finally hit it and finish the battle, but fuck.

My other pokémon were Dragonite and Mandibuzz.
I was able to Knock Off its Leftovers and get it to orange health, but it started using Double Team and I couldn't do nothing but miss all attacks and eventually die.
Next time I'm using Megasaur.

I can pretty much guarantee that once you get high enough you WILL BE BEAT, unless you're incredibly lucky or you're using some incredibly broken shit like Mega Khan.

It deals 100 HP every turn for a level 50 pokémon.
Just look up normal max HP for level 50 pokémon and see how out of control this thing is.

yes, it does 200 damag... 100 damage (since they're level 50) no matter what. Will 2hko everything except stuff with huge base HP stats and large HP EV investments.

Unfortunately I can't, I looked up and smogon says Seismic Toss is only available as a gen III tutor move, so the only chance to get one is pokégen+bank, which I don't have access to.

But even without it STAB Return would probably do more I guess.

Yeah just use a Soothe Bell and bike around Prism Tower. Use the opower to increse happiness. Once you can get the happiness ribbon you're good to go.

The only solution is to use shell armor pokemon with moves that are impossible to miss, like swift/feint attack/aura sphere etc.

Or do that entrainment Durant thing, combined with a powerful sweeper cheese.

You can max out happiness extremely quickly by visiting the girl who gives your elad a massage in the coastal town netx to the locla Pokémon Center, mixing two berries of different colours in the juice store in Luminose, and resetting until the owner sells you a Colourful Drink.
After doing all that, I only need to raise any t to evolve due to happiness, which I think happens at 220

I've had plenty of bad luck bullshit- misses, freezes, crits and all that. But what still confuses me is that once a gliscor outsped my max speed EV and IV jolly smogonfrog. I assumed it had to be scarfed, but then it wasn't.
