Anything obscure like shiny X/Y/Z, lati@site, diancie, hoopa or volcanion in your PC/daycare will be detected and your game will blacklisted. You can start a new game to bypass this of course, but if you apply for those online tournaments and you dont see your score on the website, its because your game is blacklisted.
NEVER attend a VGC if you think your game is blacklisted. If they see you and your hacked game at VGC, they will blacklist you as well, meaning even if you start a new game, you wont be allowed. Keep in mind Ray Rizzo uses pokecheck, meaning pokecheck/genned pokemon are good to go.
