He did a really shitty job of writing his post. The replay in question is of a little cup match.
The guy who lost was running monotype for some reason, so I wouldn't take this as any real sign of tier quality.

no it wasn't. the zigzagoon, munchlax and ratata were level 12. Little cup is all level 5. Additionally sheepdude had a ditto. Since ditto doesn't evolve it's not allowed in little cup.
