Really sucks that he's forever a low-tier Pokemon, while fucking flame-tattoo smogonbird is OU because of one spammable ability.
Extremespeed and Moxie would be freakin' great, though. Hell, even just extremespeed. I can't think of a Pokemon that deserves it more.
