Gen 6 has been nothing but suffering. Sawsbuck filled a fun niche, but all this mega shit and the abundance of Talonflame and Aegislash have rendered him all but useless against a team that's using priority flying moves and King's Shielding all over the place.

I don't really see the problem with just using what you like unless you plan on actually playing championships. If you play showdown, you can just play whatever tier your bro is in, and if you play battle spot, just accept your score and you'll be playing against other people who also chose to use bros over muh competitive 6 year old's game.

The gen gave me Heliolisk, which was instalove from when I first saw it, and Gogoat, which I warmed up to quickly when I saw it in action. It also gave me back the ability to use Charizard, and it made Scolipede - my second favorite bug - even more awesome.

It also gave me Noivern and a few other Pokemon we can't mention here or it'll become a dubs thread.

Well my favourite 'mon has been Scizor since I played gold, and he got all the love he ever needed back in gen4. I love the hell out of M-Scizor, since it's effectively a straight buff to my preferred way of running him with roost+SD, but it's hard to justify using a mega slot on him with all the powerhouses running around, especially when some of them are old favourites too.

The oldest Pokemon I have a bond with is a shiny Crobat that's like 9 years old. To this day I keep it around in the latest version as my Flyer.
If RSE remakes come around Crobat'll be staying there seeing as it came from Shoal Cave.

If they make RSE remakes you won't be able to tell in the future if its transferred from Gen 3 or Gen 6 (unless they keep the pentagon forever). Doesn't really matter, but still was kinda nice to have something saying that.
