Her miltank fits in just in a power bracket where not grinding just a level or two for it makes it nigh immortal, but actually doing the work makes it manageable. Back in the original games there weren't many attacks to actually wear her down with, and now she's been updated with scrappy to shit on the gastly counter. She does, however, get her ass opened wide by rocks, like geodude and onix.
Her counter, a machop you got in the pokemart, could easily be out sped and flinch hacked to death with stomp.
Basically she is rape for the unprepaired. If you didn't get your ass ruined by her once you're a liar, but we all know how to take her down now.
