This particular set, with priority taunt, can't be phazed or defogged. No miss moves also do very little on it: Pixilate Swift from Sylveon can OHKO but Technician Scyther's Aerial Ace can't even 2HKO.
Priority Double Team also means it's likely to get an evasion boost before anything can attack it.

The only good answer to this set that doesn't rely on hitting Sableye hard on turn one is Unaware Clefable and Swift Sylveon. Even if you have a fire or normal type to wall it, they'll just PP stall because only that sort of person would run this.
