So, one question /about the Pokemon X/Y code Nintendo is going to give to the people that register a 3ds and 1 of the 6 games, my 3DS is NA, i live in Mexico and i have a cousin in the US, i have both of the codes, if he register the codes for me in the US will the code work for me here?

Yes.
As long as your 3DS is set to the USA region, it will work. I'm in Mexico at the moment and everything works perfectly.

If you still haven't registered a Nintendo ID, then you can still set it to USA before you register it.
I don't know if it will work if you have Mexico as your region, so you could still try, I'm just going by my experience.
