Adamant, you'll need the extra Attack.
with Adamant, 252 Evs in Speed and a Shell Smash you'll outspeed Mega Alakazam (and who the hell uses Mega Alakazam) by 40 points.
The only thing faster than you at +2 is Deoxys-Speed.

Would it be an idea to get Pin Missile as well?
My failure that is Cloyster uses Shell Smash, Rock Blast, Icicle Spear and Hydro Pump
That fourth move is only for filler though
