Foul Play only takes into account the user status in 6th gen. So it only takes a damage drop from burn if it is the user that is burned. I ended up looking this shit up when I felt like annoying the shit out of everyone and made a team entirely of Pranksters with Swagger.

The only annoying ones are where they x out instead of forfeiting (making you wait). Or if they forfeit last turn of a sweep when it was obvious they were going to lose a few turns earlier. Either forfeit right away or let it play out since you are only saving 10 seconds by not finishing the game at that point.

Why even bother playing?
Seems taking a EV trained team on free battles in XY is more appropriate for them

Only time I quit is when I've clearly lost or cant do anything
Either my remaining pokes are weak to an already boosted poke or cant do any damage

Last battle had 3 pokes with only thunder/poison against a ground

Got lucky and managed to cripple the guy's Landorus. I have no idea why this guy would quit because of that, since it really wasn't all that necessary to win and he was already playing circles around me without.
