Yeah, I realized this recently when I was talking to a friend about Pokemon, and we kept calling it "Pokeymans." There was a little girl nearby who got really riled up and offended about it, so we kept doing it. Then it hit me all at once.

My Dad sent a christmas card to some family members that year. In it he talked about his car radio and his new life and job. He mentioned me for a paragraph and sounded neutral about the whole experience. His letter was several pages long and I was just briefly mentioned in it. His car radio got 2 whole pages.
He even got married. But I never knew it until 7 years later.
Im envious of people with parents

Nothing really, he and my mom just got a divorce in the first 3 months of my life and he came down once in my whole life to see me.

It's as much my mom's fault as it is his, really.

I actually keep in contact with my grandparents from his side though. I recently (read, a few months ago) learned that he was homeless and has cut off contact with anyone.
