ITT: Break the game.

Stat Gem - When a stat boosting move is used, adds .5 to its boosting power.

Nothing gamebreaking here, but White Smoke and Clear Body should really negate self-stat drops. Make it a useful ability for fucksakes.

Even though it'd still probably be shit, I want a Shell smash torkoal that wouldn't get stat drops and can hold a useful item.

Certainly. I'm just trying to break the game, and Huge Power on base 145 attack with 110 speed along with Rock/Ground coverage is beyond broken.
